4. HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE?
How long it will take is very closely related to pricing and condition. In the current market, if a property is priced correctly—not too high and not too low—we should expect to see an offer within 3 weeks, if not sooner. Of course this depends also on condition, location and price range. For example, higher end properties tend to take a little more time.
